We have adapted our practices to ensure the health of our clients and staff during this COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis. During this time, we are still available to help our existing and any new potential clients by virtual meetings, phone, text, and email.
We have taken all necessary measures to safeguard our team and clients, by following the guidelines imposed regarding social distancing. We have been monitoring all the directions from our Louisiana State Officials, local health agencies, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and will continue to do so.
Because of the impact, COVID-19 has had on the way we work and meet, we have adapted our meetings and consultation options to be able to help our clients better. The following are some examples of what we offer to make sure our clients have the best legal representation available to them during this Coronavirus crisis:
- Hardware: Due to the Work From Home order, our staff is fully equipped with all the equipment necessary to successfully be able to communicate with clients from the safety of their homes. This includes desktop, laptop, camera, microphone, speakers, IP work phone, and any other necessary items.
- Software: Our clients will be able to sign documents electronically thank you to our DocuSign/Sign Now option, as well as receive or send documents through Fax 87. On the other hand, our staff will be able to access their work computer and files through our LogMeIn option and have internal meetings thank you to our Lifesize option.
- Supplies: Besides our electronic options, we also have postage and envelopes available to send and handle documents via mail.
- Miscellaneous: We have Direct Fax and secure cloud storage with OneDrive.
