Gordon McKernan Attorney Holly Lamarche Named Top Lawyer in Acadiana

Holly Lamarche, attorney with Lafayette personal injury law firm Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys, was recently named a top lawyer in immigration law by Acadiana Profile magazine.

Lamarche, who has been with Gordon McKernan since 2019, has proven to be an advocate for Acadiana clients both this year and in past years. Lafayette immigration lawyer, Lamarche, was raised in Lafayette, where she graduated from St. Thomas More High School. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in English Literature with a minor in History from Louisiana State University. Following her undergraduate studies, Lamarche attended Loyola University-New Orleans School of Law, where she earned her law degree in 2004, with a concentration in International and Comparative Law. In 2021, she earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana.

Lamarche has practiced personal injury, workers’ compensation, and immigration law for over 10 years in jurisdictions such as New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Opelousas, and Alexandria. She has also taught Continuing Legal Education classes to other lawyers in the field of immigration law.

Lamarche is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Association for Justice, Louisiana Association for Justice, and the Lafayette Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal district courts in Louisiana, as well as in the 5th Circuit.
