Tara Marcelin is a native of Baton Rouge. She is a 2013 graduate from Louisiana State University. Tara has worked 4 years as an Administrative Assistant before taking on the task of driving the East Baton Rouge Parish Bookmobile for two years and performing awesome story times! Tara is currently seeking a Master’s in Human Resources. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and worshipping in the house of the Lord.
