Thomas Strohe

Thomas Strohe (pronounced “Stroy”) is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. Before attending Southern University and obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2018 he received his Bachelor Degree in Finance from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. 

While in Law School Thomas clerked for the Honorable Judge Donald Johnson for the 19th Judicial District Court and the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office in its Civil Department.  In addition to these two clerkships, Thomas participated in the student-lawyer Bankruptcy Clinic and obtained certificates in alternative dispute resolution through the Tulane University School of Law 18th International Dispute Resolution Summer School in Berlin, Germany. 

Immediately following law school, Thomas was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jason Meche in the 27th Judicial District Court where he witnessed a myriad of legal matters. Since beginning the practice of law, Thomas has defended Healthcare Professionals and Entities in Medical Malpractice claims, represented injured clients in various personal injury claims, and appeared for various debt collection matters.   

Thomas joined the firm in 2022 and works out of the Lafayette Office. His passion is helping others when in a time of need and providing an empathetic touch to each issue that comes through the door. He is licensed to practice in all State courts in Louisiana and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

Outside the office, you’ll find Thomas outdoors hunting or fishing, golfing, watching any sporting event available, or playing chess with friends.
