About Brandon S. Stockstill
Brandon S. Stockstill is a native of Louisiana, born in New Iberia. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and then attended Southern University Law Center earning a Juris Doctor degree in 1999. Over the course of his career, Brandon has had the unique experience of representing insurance companies as a defendant as well as prosecuting cases against big insurance companies as a plaintiff attorney. Having the experience of conducting cases for both sides, gives Brandon a competitive advantage as well as being able to represent his clients fully and to obtain a settlement that is just in their case. Brandon has a history of being a trial attorney and can handle your case if litigation is necessary. Brandon has dedicated his career to pursing his clients’ personal injury cases that involve an array of injuries including but not limited to simple sprains and strains to more serious injuries that include neck and back injuries that may require surgery, loss of a limb, brain injuries and wrongful death claims. He has the knowledge as well as experience to handle any type of personal injury claim.
Brandon, along with his wife, Nicole, and their two children live in Prairieville, LA. Brandon has many passions, but a few include hunting and fishing in the Atchafalaya Basin. The Stockstill family is one of a handful of original families that settled and formed the Bayou Chene community in the Atchafalaya Basin in the 1700’s. Brandon and his family spend the majority of fall and winter months at his family property in the Basin on Bayou Crook Chene, where Brandon spent the majority of his young years as a child.
