Aleah Finnegan and Konnor McClain, Get Gordon Gymnastics: Gordon McKernan Announces NIL Deal with Tigers Aleah Finnegan and Konnor McClain

We’re proud to announce our first-ever Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) partnerships with members of the LSU gymnastics team – Aleah Finnegan and Konnor McClain. Aleah and Konnor are two decorated all-around gymnasts who have made significant contributions to the world of gymnastics. As we continue to expand in the NIL portfolio, this marks another stride in our firm’s commitment to empowering student-athletes across various sports.

Record-Breaking Aleah Finnegan

Aleah, a Filipino-American athlete from Lee’s Summit, MO, has demonstrated her passion and athleticism on the collegiate and international levels. She was a part of the U.S. National Team that won gold at the 2019 Pan American Games and most recently qualified to represent the Philippines in the 2024 Olympics.

Since competing at LSU, Aleah has achieved record-breaking scores and All-America honors. This summer in Paris, she’ll make program history as the first active player on LSU’s roster to compete in the Olympics.

Champion Konnor McClain

Konnor, an 18-year-old native of Las Vegas, NV, made her college debut with the Tigers earlier this month. A member of the U.S. National Team since 2019, Konnor has achieved numerous team and individual wins. After earning national champion status at the 2022 U.S. Gymnastics Championships, back and hand injuries took her out of the 2022 World Championships and the 2023 elite season.

Now recovered and still targeting Paris 2024, Konnor will continue to get back into the groove of gymnastics this spring while competing with the Tigers. She has already seen success on the team, scoring a perfect 10 on the uneven bars in her second-ever NCAA competition.

Challenging Stereotypes

Both Aleah and Konnor bring diversity and unique perspectives to the gymnastics community. As gymnasts who have challenged stereotypes and overcome adversity, they represent the future of the sport. Their stories offer a source of inspiration for young athletes to embrace individuality and never give up on a dream.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Aleah and Konnor to the Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys family through these groundbreaking NIL partnerships,” said Gordon McKernan. “Aleah and Konnor embody the core value of perseverance, one of the seven guiding principles of our firm.”

We’re excited to support these resilient women beyond the mat and look forward to sharing more about their inspiring journeys.
