G’s Five Good Things — Week of February 13, 2026
“G’s Five Good Things” offers a curated look at the moments, messages, and milestones that stood out to us each week. Our goal is to provide valuable insights through meaningful updates and positive momentum that inform and engage our community.
Let’s get into G’s Five Good Things! And remember, if you ever need help after a wreck or injury, you can contact my team anytime day or night.
The Good Word:
“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3
This verse invites us to begin with surrender rather than control. When we commit our work to God, we’re choosing trust over pressure and purpose over perfection. It’s a reminder that effort still matters, but outcomes don’t rest on us alone. We don’t have to have every answer before we begin, and we’re not meant to carry every burden ourselves. It reminds us to release control and trust that God is working beyond what we can see. As we move into the week, we’re called to work faithfully and let intention guide our actions.
Good in Action:
An individual impacted by a serious big truck wreck recently found justice through the dedicated advocacy of Attorney Tucker Nims, who secured a $600,000 settlement on their behalf. We are grateful to have helped provide accountability and meaningful financial support during a challenging time. Our thoughts and continued support remain with them as they focus on recovery. Their resilience throughout this process has been inspiring, and we are honored to have stood alongside them in the pursuit of justice.
Gordon Says:
At our core, this firm was built on family. You’re not just a case file to us, you’re family. What began as a small family personal injury firm has grown into a team of nearly 250 dedicated professionals. They lead with care, compassion, and commitment. When you choose GMIA, you choose a firm that values relationships. Every client receives the respect and support family deserves. That means showing up, listening, and standing by our clients when it matters most, every step of the way.
Get Legal with @GetGordon:
Clients should trust the process. After an injury, there are important steps that must take place. You need the right personal injury lawyer, your case must be thoroughly investigated, and you need time to receive proper medical care. Once those steps are complete, negotiations can begin.
As attorneys, the goal is always to move the process forward as efficiently as possible, without ever sacrificing the maximum recovery a client deserves. While it can feel like things take time, that time often allows the true value of a case to develop. Trusting the process means allowing each step to happen the right way, so the outcome is as strong as possible.
Glimpse Behind the G:
Connection matters, especially when trust is involved. Pop the Balloon or Get It Done! offers a lighthearted way to highlight the people behind the work, creating space for genuine conversation and authentic moments. Through this format, viewers get a closer look at the personalities, values, and thought processes that guide our attorneys both inside and outside the courtroom.
While the approach is playful, the message is serious. Our team approaches every case with care, preparation, and commitment, and we make sure every client feels heard, supported, and confident in the people representing them. By focusing on connection and transparency, this series shows what drives our work each day, showing up, building trust, and getting it done when it matters most.
