Courtney Hart

Courtney brings more than 20 years of experience leading marketing strategy, brand growth, and integrated campaigns across financial services, government, and higher education. Most recently, she served as a Special Advisor to the Mayor-President for the City of Baton Rouge, leading communications strategy and key initiatives. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Hancock Whitney Bank, partnering with senior leadership while leading their marketing team.

A Baton Rouge native, Courtney earned her MBA from Johnson & Wales University in Boston—where she met her husband while watching an LSU vs. Alabama game. They’re now raising their two boys, both at UHigh, and spend plenty of time on the sidelines cheering them on. Along with two mini schnauzers known around the neighborhood for their frequent escape adventures.
