Nicole Broussard

Nicole Broussard leads the operational and financial functions of GMIA as Chief Business Officer and also supports the founding partner’s family office. She joined the firm’s leadership team after serving for five years as Chief Operating Officer of a large, multi-location Louisiana personal injury practice, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives across technology, facilities, human resources, and organizational strategy.

Before moving into legal industry leadership, Nicole built a diverse operational background in Nashville, Tennessee, with experience spanning the music industry, hospitality sales and operations, and nonprofit management and development. She also brings a decade of experience in real estate and has held licenses in both Louisiana and Tennessee.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in European History with a minor in French from James Madison University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She lives in her hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with her husband and their blended family of five children.
